Boredom…everyone has those moments when their brain feels like it’s going to shut down from over-stimulation, which makes for some pretty damn boring moments!
The kind of moment where you find yourself zoning out and can’t focus on anything for more than five seconds at a time?
Whereas the monotony of everyday lifeAMP can be dull and exhausting, especially when there’s nothing new or exciting in our day-to-day life…
These three things are guaranteed to make any day less tedious:
Although, there may not always be an immediate sense of relief if we’re looking for anything close?
It will likely happen sooner rather than later, so you might as well get started with good old-fashioned entertainment while waiting patiently.
Frankly, over the past month, I have been bored shitless and feeling like all I’m doing is going around and around, only to return to where I started.
Despite being in a position where I can change my daily routines for doing things…it is a helluva job that I can’t ascertain.
Further…I have little inclination to shake things up and find something new and exciting to bring into my otherwise boring world!
That said, I realize the only way to create new experiences and break my old routine is to liven up my life …is to leave my comfort zone.
Here are a few ways to make things more interesting:
Finally, I realize that taking risks is the only way to make life exciting. And the best thing about taking those kinds of chances is?
You never know what will happen! So go ahead – try something new today, or reconnect with an old favorite activity in hopes that it’ll bring some joy into your world…
That’s what I plan to do!

Well, I entered this world in 1955, I've journeyed through it, I've experienced loads of discomfort, taken a few tumbles, even had a butt-breaking incident, and encountered a TBI. In addition, I struggle with feelings of depression and anxiety. But hey, at least I can laugh about it all!
