Strength… It is virtually impossible to move forward in a world of negativity without having mental strength through the following attributes:
- Adaptability – able to adjust to new conditions.
- Endurance- enduring an unpleasant or difficult situation without giving way.
- Steadfastness-firmly loyal or constant; unswerving.
- Dependability- trustworthy and reliable.
- Effectiveness -successful in producing a desired result.
With personal strengths comes the balance of personal weaknesses, which is necessary for mental strength.

In the absence of individual strengths or a purpose, mental strength can cause negative behaviors; including victimizing, being predictable, becoming lazy, and always looking for shortcuts.
Keeping an eye out for imbalances will help you adjust when it comes right down to it; behaviors and thoughts matter.
