Situation-2 Have U Been Inn Didnโ€™t Know What To Do?

Have you ever been in a situation where you didn’t know what to do? Where your mind is racing and going a million miles an hour, but there’s no way out.

Have you ever felt like the walls are closing in on you, that there’s no escape? I will share some of my thoughts when I’ve been stuck in a situation.

That bloodcurdling moment

That bloodcurdling moment was back in January 2011, when I worked at FBIHQ and my supervisor had me in a behind-closed-doors meeting with her boss. They accused me of destroying documents which is bullshit because no way could’ve happened!

I won’t go into detail about what actually went down but let’s just say everything they said was not true, so we’ll leave it at this: Their accusations were proven to be unfounded (no offense).

Launched me into a Tailspin, Fight or Flight

That said, this meeting launched me into a tailspin, that I would never be the person that walked into that office, as I was when I staggered out.

Anyhow, we all have the fight-or-flight response (also known as the acute stress response), which refers to a physiological reaction that occurs when we are in the presence of something mentally or physically terrifying.

They were interrogating me as if I was a criminal; I said this has got to stop. But, those lunatics continued to apply pressure to get me to admit something I didn’t do.

Defiantly, I refuse. But, I did crush, my head went back hitting the wall, I couldn’t speak nor move for a short period. However, I tried several times to get up and run out of that dam office. But my legs weren’t cooperating.

Remarkably, I finally managed to get up and ran to my desk, picked up the phone, called my husband, but the words would not come out.

The walls closed in on me, I couldn’t breathe,

Next thing, the walls closed in on me, I couldn’t breathe, faces loomed over me, and everything got magnified until it sounded like someone was calling my name. In fact, someone from the medical office was trying to get me to calm down. I had a panic attack.

I didn’t know that feeling, never been in that place before. Once you turn on the fight or flight response, there is no switch to turn it off.

Question…have you ever been in a situation that didn’t go so well? Let me know.

Crazy for Crazy: Good and Bad about Being Crazy as H

crazy

It’s crazy how many people are crazy. Crazy, as in “crazy for.” Crazy, as in “crazy about.” And while being so deeply committed to something can be a good thing–Crazy for ideas. Crazy about our children. Crazy about the latest fashion trend–it often leads us down some pretty dark paths regarding mental health and wellness.

Mental Health and Wellness

Consequently, I have learned the hard way that positive mental health allows people to:

  • Cope with the stresses of life
  • Work productively andย
  • Make meaningful contributions to their communities

That said, I’ve learned various ways to maintain positive mental health through therapy sessions which include:

  • Connecting with others
  • Staying positive
  • Getting physically active
  • Helping others
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Developing coping skills

What’s more, mental health is a family matter,” the same instinct to avoid the topic, in fact, also prevents many families whose lives have been jolted by it from talking about it.

ย As if it were shameful and not inevitable influenced by the geneses.

Mental health is how well you are emotionally, psychologically, and socially.

Indeed, you have mentally ill people who fall through the cracks, and they’re going to do things that people will not even believe… such as a mother who murders her 12-year old son because she thought he stole her memory card.ย

And yet, mental health issues are so flawed –No wonder people are afraid. Moreover, stigmatizing mental illness in such a way — making something to be fearful of — will continue to isolate those suffering and prevent them from getting the help they need.ย

The good and bad about being crazy as hell

Conclusion:ย The good thing about being crazy is that you are not expected. Ordinary people can seem tedious, while crazies have a lot more fun.ย

But the bad thing about being crazy as hell is that it’s hard to make sense of your thoughts and emotions sometimes, which leads to some destructive behavior.ย

Some people try to create boundaries for themselves to stay sane, but these don’t always work out too well because they’re just trying so darn hard all the time! What do you think?

The mental health of an individual affects how they think, feel, and act.

ย Do you feel like your life would be better if you could get things under control, or are there enough upsides with being nuts?

If you think you may need help, check on what’s going on down south of sanity! Let me know what makes YOU go bananas by leaving a comment below this blog now!

Anyway…It’s JusMee Talkin (AKA Essie)

People lookโ€ฆCoughing Karenโ€ฆDUMB ASS!

“Do your part. Wear a mask.”ย

It is mind-blowing how ignorant some people are going too far with their intimidation tactics about masking wearing. What is wrong with these dumb, stupid, insidious maniacs?

I don’t believe these people…they are brain dead! It is one thing for you not to wear a mask, but you don’t have to go out harassing those who decided to help save lives by wearing a mask.

How dare you…people are dead, and peopleare continuously dying each day from the virus. Yet you Karens, as you have been dubbed, act out in public whenever you feel the need despite the rise in cases caused by the deadly delta variant.

What is the ramification?

Unfortunately, guidance from U.S. authorities on the need for face masks has pivoted back and forth since Covid-19 took hold in 2020.ย

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said immunized Americans did not need to wear their masks in most settings. But, It’s now changed its course amidst a rise in cases caused by the more infectiousย delta variant.

What is the problem?

What’s more, State guidelines on masks span the spectrum. Some states still require people not fully vaccinated to wear face coverings in most indoor public settings.ย

While, Florida and Texas have taken steps to prevent their cities, counties, and school districts from coming up with their own mask rules, according toย a tallyย kept by AARP, the U.S. nonprofit formerly known as the American Association of Retired Persons.

What was the previous advice?

ย Wear face masks to contain the spread of the virus, and save a life.

My final thoughts:

We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.

Benjamin Franklin

Anyway, no drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we’re looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn’t test people for drugs; we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed, and love of power.

P. J. O’Rourke

Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept stupid people the way they are, courage to maintain self-control, and wisdom to know if I act on it, I will go to jail!ย

The real test is not whether you avoid this failure because you won’t. It’s whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere.” โ€” Barack Obama

Difficult Times: Expectations vs. Reality

Difficult Times

Sometimes you will go through difficult times in life, leading you to move straight toward a path that leads you to marvelous things in your life. No matter what approach you take that is the path made for you.

In like matter, not everyone’s path may not be as complex, and if yours is, then know for sure your purpose in life is more profound than you ever imagined. I’ve learned that your path will teach and give you life-changing experiences that are impossible to get otherwise.

What’s more, each path has its lessons defined. We travel that path and gain the experiences required to make this world a better place.

Meanwhile…to achieve more meaningful goals in life, you must learn to fight the difficulties and overcome them with willpower and determination.

Who knows what would happen? If you were not put through those obstacles? How would you learn to maneuver them and gain the enriched experiences of maturity and growth? All in all, you must be yourself and follow your path.

Difficult Times: Freedom to be who you are.ย

There’s nothing inherently inauthentic about a conventional lifestyle, but it’s not for everyone. When we find ourselves living lives that don’t align with who we are, we suffer psychologicallyโ€”research suggests that authentic self-expression is a vital component of well-being, even when it sets us apart from others. We’re even better off losing some friends if it means we can be more accurate to ourselves.

Create your meaning.

There’s no shortage of opinions about what it takes to make life meaningful. Some argue that life doesn’t have meaning until one gets married or has kids, while others place a higher value on professional success. But the purpose is a deeply personal, subjective experience. Research suggests that the experiences that give us a sense of meaningโ€”like kindness or overcoming adversityโ€”are not constrained by culturally defined milestones. Read more here

I hope you do what’s right for you. Hold on.–Slow down.-And breathe in. Your age is your age. But more importantly, your life is your life. Please don’t change your journey so that it matches someone else’s. We need to walk different paths so the whole world can be explored. Revel in the differences. And enjoy where you are, at this moment.”
