Closed Doors Of the Past

In the words of Helen, Keller…when doors close in our face, another opens. However, most often, we never see that open door, because our focus is solely on that door that was closed.

Although, doors may close, there are always other, the unlimited number of entries – new opportunities. The world is full of possibilities if we could only see them.
Unfortunately, not every plan works out. Sometimes, there are losses and failures. We don’t always have control over events, but we can exercise control over our minds and attitude

.
If we could only move our attention away from the closed door, we might discover new, open doors.
If you find it hard to stop the stream of negative thoughts, your mind will continue to focus on the loss, failure, and frustration – on the door that has closed. For the most part, I have learned this lesson the hard way.

You have to free yourself from past attachments and see the new opportunities?
Once you have seen the truth, you must make the decision to let go of the pain, anger, and resentment you have been holding on to.
