Negative Thoughts…BRAIN POWER Mindset2!

Negative thoughts

I’m Just Asking?

Negative thoughts…How often do you think about your brain? Do you ever stop to wonder about its supreme cleverness? Or at least check-in and give it a little spring clean and recharge it from time to time?

It is simple to do and very effective! I suppose you are wondering–how in the hell can anyone check-in and give your brain a spring cleaning and a recharge?

Now listen to this very carefully—REMOVE ALL NEGATIVITY FROM YOUR LIFE! I– for one can’t tolerate very much negativism; Why? Well for starters:

  • Stress is not my dam FRIEND
  • It does not matter what other PEOPLE may think about me–trying to please others only creates unnecessary stress.
  • Life is much too short—so I no longer stress out over things that are out of my control; I just let the chips fall where they may.
  • I am JUST ME–THE PERSON, THAT GOD, WANTS ME TO BE.

Why is this important? My answer to this question is this: You can never be happy on the inside, and you will always walk around feeling sad, lonely and all alone. The reason I know this—hell, truth be told–that was me!

Did you get it —-that was ME?

Now I am curious, and want to adventure out into areas that was once held down by depression and stress. Yep, all those years I was suffering because of the negative influnences brought into my life as a child; and sadly followed me into adulthood.

Nevertheless

By being ‘curious’ and questioning everything, you force your brain to innovate and create new ideas. Which is why I write. Writing is a great way to release stress. That said—some people may not like what I have said, guess what?

In any case

To put it bluntly—-oh well, some will and others won’t. I am still gonna be ME. Telling you exactly as I feel, and keep it moving without hard feelings or regrets.

“Important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery each day.”

Albert Einstein

Negative Out-of-the-box thinking!!

It has been reported that stress and anxiety kill existing brain neurons and also stop new neurons from being created.

Moreover —Positive Thinking!

Research has shown that positive thinking, especially in the future tense, speeds up the creation of cells and dramatically reduces stress and anxiety. Therefore, it is best to get a handle on negative thoughts and make an effort to replace them with positive ones.

Not sure how to do it? Take a look at this article:

How to Turn Off Negative Thoughts in Your Mind

Final Thoughts:

More than anything else, I have learned that removing negative thoughts from your mindset, and improving your brain power is about habits, and habits take time to build. In the mean time, try to focus on those things that are most important to you. Changing what you can, and letting go of negative thoughts.

Giving your life a complete makeover with making changes to the way you think, make decisions and JUST BE YOURSELF.

The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can change the quality of their lives by changing the attitudes of their minds.” – William James

That’s it for now!

JUST BE YOURSELF!

“Don’t let others box you into their idea of what they think you should be. A confined identity is a miserable way to exist. Be you and live free. Trust that in living true to yourself, you will attract people that support and love you, just as you are.”– Jaeda deWalt
Be yourselfROAR …JUST BE YOURSELF!

I have decided that at this point …in my life, it is no longer necessary to impress anyone. You can either like me as I am…or leave me the hell alone; if you decide you don’t like me, it’s your loss …not mine. I will always be me.

The best advice you can give to someone is “Just be yourself.” But what if you don’t know who myself is? Even if you did, do you have the courage to follow them blindly into a dark room with no idea of what’s going on inside?

Moreover…wouldn’t it be better for me to pray that my selected self has some light-up shoes or something so that at least there’s a chance they know where they are going?

Let me tell you; it’s a huge deal! Being yourself means being your most authentic self, not just when people are watching but all of the time. It’s hard work and often uncomfortable, but once you get into the habit, it’ll become second nature and more accessible than ever before.

Here are some tips for those who want to take on this challenge:

It’s a common misconception that you’ll be safe from the world if you put on a mask. In reality, it’s just another way to show how vulnerable we all are and how easy it is for people to take advantage of us.

I’m not saying that putting on a mask is never good – especially when your skin is feeling dehydrated in the wintertime – but I am saying that we should all work towards embracing our true selves and accepting who we are.

Here are some tips for those who want to take on this challenge:

You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” -Maya Angelou

“ Be yourself, don’t take anything from anyone, and never let them take you alive.”– Gerard WaBeing yourself quotes

To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting.”– E.E. Cummings

“God has given you one face, and you make yourself another.”– William Shakespeare

“The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.”– Friedrich Nietzsche

Hey why not “JUST BE YOURSELF”

So, you’re looking to know who I am 2?

“I’m not sure you want to know me. I don’t even know who I am or what my purpose is in life. All I do is ask questions and then try to answer them myself.”

– Socrates

so, you're lookingSo, you’re looking to know who I am and what my purpose in life is?

Well, I’m a philosopher. That’s all I tell people when they ask me that question. It doesn’t matter if it’s a stranger or one of my friends, because the answer will always be the same: “I’m a philosopher.”

But wait! What does being a philosopher entail?

Well, for starters, it means that your worth is determined by how many questions you can answer.

So if you have any more for me, please leave them below in the comments section. So, you’re looking.

In the meantime, “Who are you” is what most people ask themselves when they wake up every morning.

Whether it’s asked out loud, this question lingers in our minds before going to bed at night.

Asking yourself these questions helps one gain a better understanding of their purpose in life.

Succinctly…

My purpose in life is to be your guide on this journey of self-discovery. I am the voice inside your head that tells you what to do, when, and how to do it.

So, if you’re not happy with me being in control, don’t worry – there are plenty more voices waiting for a chance at guiding you!

In the beginning,

I was a blank slate, a canvas that needed to be painted on. Who would you paint on me?

If you’re not an artist, don’t worry! You can still help because there are other ways to create art too! These have different purposes, and it’s up to you to decide which one is the best for your needs.

Finally…

I don’t know about you, but my life is going great!

But what if it isn’t? What if there’s a better way to live and be happy?

Well, that sounds like something worth exploring more. In fact, in the last few years, I’ve learned so much from people who have been through some callous times – they seem happier than ever now because of their new perspective on how to live well just by being themselves.

It might sound counterintuitive when we’re all trying so hard these days to fit in or be perfect, but it’s not a bad idea at all for us to try our best to let others learn from them instead.   https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/tag/who-you-are

Henrietta Lacks Always And FoEver2

Henriette lacks
Henrietta Lacks one of the most famous women in history, and yet, she never knew it.

She was a woman who led an unassuming life as a wife and mother for most of her years on Earth.

But, her cancer diagnosis changed that. The cells from her cervix were taken without knowledge or consent by Dr. George Gey, which led to medical breakthroughs that saved countless lives.

Mrs. Lacks was a woman who had no idea that her cells were being used to save lives.

These cells, called HeLa cells, have been the most helpful tool in cancer research and led to many current medical breakthroughs.

However, Henrietta’s family didn’t know about their existence until decades later, when they found out through news reports.

Thereafter, they wanted control over these cells and sued the Johns Hopkins Hospital.

The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks/Read More

In 2010, Rebecca Skloot published The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, a compelling look at Henrietta Lacks’ story, her impact on medical science, and critical bioethical issues.

That book became the basis for the HBO/Harpo film by the same name, released in April 2017.

Henrietta Lacks was a woman who unknowingly donated her cells here at Hopkins in 1951, beginning the first, and, for many years, the only human cell line able to reproduce indefinitely.

Her cells, known as HeLa cells of Henrietta Lacks, remain a remarkably durable and prolific line of cells used in research worldwide.

This guide addresses several critical health care, analysis, and ethical themes discussed in the book and the movie.

Johns Hopkins applauds and regularly participates in efforts to raise awareness of the life and story of Henrietta Lacks.

We were proud to support the book research and development of the film by providing full

The Importance of HeLa Cells

Among the important scientific discoveries of the last century was the first immortal human cell line known as “HeLa”

— a remarkably durable and prolific line of cells obtained during the treatment of Henrietta’s cancer by Johns Hopkins researcher Dr. George Gey in 1951.

Although these were the first cells that could be easily shared and multiplied in a lab setting,

Johns Hopkins has never sold or profited from the discovery or distribution of HeLa cells and does not own the rights to the HeLa cell line.

Instead, Johns Hopkins offered HeLa cells freely and widely for scientific research.

Over the past several decades, this cell line has contributed to many medical breakthroughs, from research on the effects of zero gravity in outer space and the development of the polio vaccine to the study of leukemia, the AIDS virus, and cancer worldwide.

Although many other cell lines are in use today, HeLa cells have supported advances in most fields of medical research in the years since HeLa cells were isolated.

In conclusion, Henrietta Lacks was a woman who had cells taken without her permission, and those cells have been used in research for decades.

She’s an example of someone whose story should be shared with the world to remind us that we all deserve our privacy and dignity – even after death.

Things You Should Never Lie About!

JFK Assassination Lessons Learned In History 2.

JFK ASsassination…the most important lesson people can learn from History?

Jfk“If you’re like me, you’ve always loved History. I mean, who doesn’t love the stories of how things got to be the way they are?

But if you think about it, there are many more interesting lessons people can learn from History than “here’s what happened in this period.” For example: did you know that on November 22nd, 1963:

  1. A. Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots at President John F. Kennedy…JFK; the second and third shots he fired struck the President; the third shot he fired killed the President.
  2. The Commission based its findings primarily upon the testimony of doctors who had treated President John F. Kennedy at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas
  3. And those that performed his autopsy after he’d been shot on live television during a Democratic National Convention.
  4. Informing the Conclusion, neither the Warren Commission members, nor its staff, nor the doctors who had performed the autopsy, took advantage of the X-rays and photographs of the President (JFK) that were taken during the autopsy.
  5. The reason for the failure of the Warren Commission to examine these primary materials is that there was a commitment to make public all evidence reviewed by the Commission.
  6.  The Commission was concerned that the publication of the autopsy X-rays and photographs would be an invasion of the privacy of the Kennedy family.
  7. The Commission’s decision to rely solely on the testimony of Parkland and Bethesda doctors precluded them from making use of an independent review by medical experts.
  8. Skepticism was reinforced by a film taken of the Presidential motorcade at the assassination by an amateur movie photographer.
  9. In the Zapruder film, the President’s head is thrown back as the front right side of the skull appears to explode, suggesting to critics of the Warren Commission’s findings that the President was struck by a bullet that entered the front of the head.

In any event…the most important lesson people learn from History in the assassination of President Kennedy is not to repeat the same mistake. No other President was assassinated.

JFK history has always fascinated me.

For me, History is like a long story that you never get bored of because there are always new chapters every day. Plus, it teaches us about the past, so we don’t make mistakes again.

Also, History is full of lessons that are always worth learning. The most important lesson people can learn from History is the importance of not allowing yourself to be controlled by your past

History is full of lessons that people tend to forget in their own lives. It’s essential to look back at History and realize what not to do or how things have changed over time

For example, it was once illegal for women in the United States to vote. Now, this country has a woman running for President!

We’ve come so far from having no female presidents at all just 100 years ago because of one brave person who refused to give up her right to vote even when she was denied many times.

It’s often said that those who don’t know their History are doomed to repeat it, but this doesn’t have to be the case; you can choose instead to make sure you never allow your mistakes or other people’s influence to dictate your future again.

In Conclusion…the most important lesson people can learn from History is that it keeps repeating itself.

The decisions we make today will shape our tomorrow. If you want to be successful, remember what has worked before and capitalized on these insights when planning your future endeavors.
