Roe v Wade: 40 Years Later!

Roe vs wade
A hand holding a sign supporting pro-choice during a planned parenthood rally for abortion justice.

Is it a sad time in this country? I would say it is, and let me tell you why; Donald Trump

The Repugnant Beelzebub former President is an infuriating jackass, a pain in the ass, and is full of shit.

Trump is proving the platform for his followers to spew hatred and bigotry. It is even sadder when people listen to him and subscribe to his demented worldview!

The uncensored message…

Roe v wade

Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., is just one example of the type of person drawn to Trump’s message.

It is sad when an insidious idiotic sitting Congressman such as Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., is elected into a public office and can get away with saying repulsive bullshit such as “a historic victory for white life.”

After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, that nutcase said preposterous bullshit at a campaign rally with former President Donald Trump.

As if that’s not enough…

A woman holding a sign in favor of the legalization of abortion
A woman holding a sign in favor of the legalization of abortion

Not only…but also, she thanked President Trump on behalf of all the MAGA patriots in America. For stacking the Supreme Court.

This kind of rhetoric has no place in our society, and it’s especially dangerous coming from someone in a position of power

Additionally, this kind of thinking is dangerous and exactly the kind of shit that Trump thrives on.

People are morally bankrupt…

It is time for people to wake the hell up and realize that Donald Trump is nothing but a charlatan who is more interested in dividing the country than he is in actually making America great again.

Sadly, this is just one example of the bigoted, divisive language that has become all too common under the Trump administration and since left lost his reelection bid.

His overtones…

Whether calling Mexicans “rapists” or referring to African nations as “shithole countries,” Trump has consistently shown contempt for anyone who doesn’t look like him or share his views.

This kind of xenophobic, racist rhetoric is not only disgusting, but it’s also destructive. It fuels hatred and division.

And it’s time to stop this kind of bigoted, divisive rhetoric; better yet, it should be outlawed in this country when it is morally wrong!

Here is an interesting point: ROE v. Wade

Why is banning abortions necessarily an issue when it is nobody’s business except the Woman seeking it while allowing narcissistic lunatics to occupy a public office is damn insane. How about making that a crime!

As you know, Roe vs. Wade was overturned, but there is something that is not widely publicized, and that is…

Who Was Jane Roe?Roe

Namely, she was Norma McCorvey, the Woman.

Code-named “Jane Roe,” McCorvey sought an abortion after becoming pregnant in 1969 but was stopped by Texas’ restrictive reproductive laws

For the most part, she once proclaimed herself as an advocate for choice and has since flip-flopped on the issue and claimed to be against abortion even though her personal experience helped spark this activism.

That said, McCorvey is a reminder that despite our best efforts, things can change.

She …started publicizing her story in the 1980s, advocating for the right to choose.

But in 1995, she made an abrupt about-face, declaring herself a born-again Christian and a staunch opponent of abortion.

Soon before she died in 2017, McCorvey changed her story again, claiming that she’d always supported abortion rights.

In an interview for the documentary AKA Jane Roe, she said“I took [anti-abortion advocates’] money and they put me out in front of the camera and told me what to say, and that’s what I’d said.”

When the documentary’s director asked if it “was all an act,” McCorvey replied, “Yeah. I was good at it, too.”

In her 1994 memoir I Am Roe, McCorvey offered a less cynical view of her place in the fight for reproductive rights.

After thoughts…💐

Now that Roe v Wade has been overturned, in my opinion, it’s a damn good thing.

Norma McCorvey, the Woman behind Roe v. Wade, flip-flopped on the issue and claimed she was against abortion even though her personal experience helped spark the activism.

McCorvey’s story is all too common; people change their minds after they’ve been on the front lines of a movement.

The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade doesn’t mean abandoning the fight for abortion rights.

Still, it underscores the importance of starting fresh and listening to the voices of those who have experienced these issues firsthand.

Embrace aging

Embrace Aging: Why You Should Embrace It!

Embracing aging
Senior couple watching old photographs at home

Embrace aging…we all want to live as long and healthy as possible, but why?  The reality is that aging doesn’t come with any guarantees.

In any case, it’s not something bad or wrong; it just happens – which can make this process feel like one big lottery game…where you’re trying your best and still have no control over what will happen next!

In order words: don’t let society dictate how old YOU think yourself should be because there are plenty more important things than keeping up appearances (like spending time doing activities.

You should embrace aging; the following are four reasons why you should embrace it:

Losing independence is not always a bad thing.

According to Social Security, one in three Americans are expected to survive into old age

Whether you’re living on your own or with a senior partner/ roommate – it’s important that we take care not just for ourselves but also for those who will soon follow suit as they grow independent!

It seems many seniors wish this time were different; free from all obligations- both personal and professional…

But the truth is no matter what stage of life has brought us; there should always be an element of connectedness present, which means allowing oneself to rely upon others occasionally.

You’ve already mastered some of your greatest skills.

As we grow older, it seems like our childhood selves are starting to take over.

We might be more awkward in social situations and less productive than before – but these traits make us better versions of ourselves!

When you’re young, there’s no room for failure because everything can go wrong all at once; when life hits middle age, though (or even early 20s), those mishaps start happening fewer times until they finally disappear entirely.

Over time, it becomes easier to forget how much you’ve already mastered.

But this life-changing knowledge should make us feel more confident in our abilities because we know that whatever challenge or skill deficiency there may have been won’t last forever!

In addition, the skills you’ve mastered in the past can also help you get through life’s challenges.

It can be a time to reconnect with what matters most.

We all grow old, but we’ve got the power to stay young at heart by reconnecting with our past.

And one of the best ways is to get nostalgic and look back on what brought you joy when you were younger–

Those activities made your child smile or gave him a sense of accomplishment from doing them well.

You’ll gain wisdom you wouldn’t have gained otherwise.

I could wax philosophical about life and its lessons, but I won’t.

Instead, let’s get down to brass tacks: what have you learned from your time on Earth?

What are some things that makeup who we are as beings living through an experience-filled lifetime like ours!

It may be cliche at this point in our lives–and maybe even impossible given how much has happened already—but think back over every momentary memory or insight gained since birth until now; consider everything before answering the question…

The process is often called “soul searching,” – and it can help you gain wisdom that can help you in the future.

Bottom line

Grow up! Aging is not a disease; you’re never too old to have fun. Our minds change as we age- some people experience improved cognitive function while others lose their memories or become more forgetful;

There’s no one way to feel good about yourself through this life because each person has different priorities when facing difficulties on the road towards old age.

comfort zone

Comfort Zone… You Need to Step Outside!

The comfort zone is nothing else but a graveyard for your dreams & ideas.” -Anonymous

In the Comfort zone, you need to take that leap of faith and push yourself outside your comfort zone.

Comfort zoneWhy? Well, I have learned that there are many benefits in doing so- not only will it make life <span data-preserver-spaces=”true”>more exciting, and an experience worth having!

Although taking risks is scary, it’s necessary for growth. You can’t grow if you don’t step out of your comfort zone from time to time!

However, the best time is up in the air, but I’ve learned that there are moments when we need to take a chance… and exit the Comfort zone!

By leaving your comfort zone behind and taking a leap of faith into something new, you find out who you are truly capable of becoming.” -Anonymous

The Following tips for stepping outside your comfort bubble easily and effectively:

Be Intentional With Your Choices…Outside Of The Comfort zone!

The best way to have a happy, fulfilling life is by being intentional about your decisions.

It also involves clarifying our favorite memories, knowing which ones matter most! Lastly, it may seem hard at times, but these things can help prevent errors in judgment later down the road.

To do so, you must be clear on who and what kind of person you desire for your future self.

It means understanding everything from…

  • personal interests,
  • family values, goals;
  • lifestyle preferences
  • spending time with family and friends
  • taking care of oneself;
  • romantic orientation,
  •  and whether you prefer femininity over masculinity.

See, Life is all about making decisions and choosing who you are. Instead of doing what society expects you to do, you’ll be doing what you want to do. (Get out of your comfort zone!)

You’ll live the life you want, not the one others expect you to live.

Don’t allow fear to consume you...Feel the fear and do it anyway.” -Anonymous

One of the biggest reasons people stay inside their comfort zones is that they fear what will happen if they step outside.

You fear that you won’t be able to accomplish your goals or will fail. Or it could be that you are afraid of not being able to perform as well as you would in your comfort zone.

Often, fear consumes you, making it difficult to do anything outside your comfort zone. You don’t have to fall victim to this fear, though.

You can rise above it and overcome it by taking some deep breaths. Or by doing something that makes you happy and getting your mind off of the things that have you feeling anxious and stressed out.

I’m not telling you it’s going to be easy; I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it.” -Anonymous Quote

Be Bold …Try Something You’re Afraid To Do!

In contrast, we’re afraid of many things, whether public speaking, asking someone out, or taking a new route to work.

Whether you know it or not…the best way to step outside your comfort bubble is to try something you’re afraid of.

It’s a great way to test your boundaries and give you an idea of what it feels like to be https://jusmeetwo.com/failure-is-an-opportunity-to-succeed/outside your comfort zone.

You may even find that you can do things you thought you were incapable of. What matters most is just doing it!

If you get the heebie-jeebies…shake it off and get to stepping!

Once you’ve tried something outside your comfort zone, you may notice less afraid of it. You may also realize that it’s not as bad as you thought it would be and wasn’t that bad at all.

Make small changes that lead to big results

Another great way to step outside your comfort zone is to make small changes that lead to large results.

Start small, then work your way up as you become more comfortable with the idea of stepping outside your comfort zone.

Take action immediatelyWhen was the last time you did something for the first time.” -Anonymous

One of the best ways to step outside your comfort zone is to take action immediately.

If not, you’ll let your mind convince you that you can’t do it and talk yourself out.

So, refuse to delay; instead, take action immediately and don’t let yourself psych yourself out.

There is no doubt; If you let it sit in your mind too long, you’ll psych yourself out and never do it.

When…Now is always the right time!

Nevertheless, another way to step outside your comfort zone is to remind yourself that now is always the right time.

It’s always the right time to ask someone out or make a big change in your life

Now is always the right time to do something to make you a better person.

Instead of when you feel ready, stepping outside your comfort zone and doing these things now will make you a better person, no matter what happens.

By leaving your comfort zone behind and taking a leap of faith into something new, you find out who you are truly capable of becoming.” -Anonymous

Feel the fear and do it anyway.” -Anonymous

Final note

Remember stepping outside your comfort zone is important for growth. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but that’s okay. Being uncomfortable is the only way to grow.

The more you step outside your comfort zone, the more you’ll grow as a person and the more you’ll be able to achieve anything.

The Future…In 5 Years Where Will You Be?

The future

The Future! We live in a world where we can’t predict how our lives will change five years from now, let alone fifty or one hundred!

The future

Right now, in this very instant – it feels brand new! The unknown and unknowable perspectives of the future.

That said ..recent history with all its modernities …there are still bits and pieces worth holding onto tightly and worth fighting for – even if there are by no means guarantees or certainties!

But, what will the next life-changing decade have in store for us? Will there always be sensational opportunities waiting just around every corner? Or could be teetering on the brink of adversity, or not!

The future…Make the Most of the Time You Have!

The future
Spring Time Change Background with alarm clock and flower branches
The future is uncertain and unpredictable. There’s no way to know what will happen ; so it’s important to make the most of the time you have now.

On the contrary, we don’t know when our time on Earth will end, so we should try our best to make a positive difference while we’re here.

We can do this by making healthy choices and helping others. We can also make the most of the time we have now by being grateful for what we have.

Live and breathe what you love!

Life will change and evolve as we get older, and we’ll probably have different jobs, interests, and even family.  For that reason, we can make the future better by devoting ourselves to things we love now and devoting our lives to things we love in the future. We can also make the future better by being grateful for what we have.

Don’t be afraid to try new things!

Help Others

Change is the only constant in life, and the future will be full of it. Meantime, we can enhance our lives by helping some one else.  Even if, helping others is difficult and even if that means taking on some risks or challenging tasks for them as well!

It can also be rewarding…

Be Grateful for what you have

We can make the future better by being grateful for all that’s before us- from what’s visible or tangible like money & material goods;

Things that may not seem important at first glances, such as relationships with people around you or family members.

Being thankful creates an impactful awareness within ourselves about how lucky we are.

Conclusion

The future is full of change, possibilities, and uncertainty. But, there are things we can do to make it better; by making the most of the time we have now, trying new things, and helping others.

We can also be grateful for what we have and make the most of what we have. The future is full of change, but these tips can be made better.

habits

HABITS…It’s a matter of NEGATIVE-VS- POSITIVE!

habits
Old habits will never open new doors. Quote. Quotes.

Habits…Simply put—I’m imperfect, I have inadequacies, I’ve messed up, and I have experienced being dejected, but— guess what?

In fact—I am CANDID—free from —prejudice, malice and bias; what is more—I am sincere, honest, and very frank about the thing that truly matters in my life.

I learned that it is all about your thinking pattern; positively or negatively, all these things make you a better human being.

Negative habits prevent positive results!

Negative habits are like a virus that can quickly spread across your life, leaving behind only negativity.

The good news? You have power over this! In just 30 days, you could be free from negative influences and on the path to creating positive impacts.

Despite all of the obstacles and roadblocks that I have encountered during my lifetime…I have also learned that having preconceived negative notions doesn’t help.

Besides, a preconceived notion is an opinion formed well before without sufficient information.

Also, having a preconceived notion often involves forming an opinion in advance on any matter.

Ultimately you will alter your view of things; Preconceived notions act as hindrances, blocking our view of things. Believe it or not…

Positive habits for positive impacts!

Your self-talk is a stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. Some come from logic and reason, while others arise out of the misinformation you hold about yourself or life’s less pleasant situations;

However, there are ways to talk back into full control over what goes on in our minds – whether it’s negative thinking or worrying too much.

Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head; some come from logic and reason, and others arise from misconceptions.

Generally speaking, positive thinking doesn’t mean that you have to ignore life’s less pleasant situations.

It means thinking that the best will happen instead of the worst, positively and productively approaching the unpleasantness.

How to break your negative habits

We all know that it’s important to have a positive outlook on life, but did you know that your disposition could be the difference between success and failure

According to a study published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, success is more likely to follow people with a positive attitude.

One way to kick bad habits is to actively replace unhealthy routines with new, healthy ones.

Some people find they can replace a bad habit, even drug addiction, with another behavior, like exercising.

Do you want to be happy? Then you have to start forming good habits. On the other hand, if you have negative habits, it’s time to get rid of them. It’s really that simple!

It can be hard to break bad habits and replace them with good ones, but it’s worth it!

In other words—positivity matters—don’t you think so?

Conclusion

Candid people have embraced their imperfections and see them as a part of who they are. They don’t try to hide their mistakes or pretend to be someone they’re not.

Because candid people are genuine and authentic, others are drawn to them. And this is what makes candid people successful—not because they’re perfect, but because they’re real.

Candid thoughts and emotions make us better people. We should be sincere, honest, and frank with ourselves and others because it allows for growth in relationships and strengthens our character.

Negative thinking patterns keep us from being our best selves, while positive thinking patterns help us grow into the people we want to be.

Which kind of thinker are you?
