The Circle of Life: A Perspective On Things2!

The circle of life

The Circle of life is those moments in life when you sit back and reflect on all that has happened? Whether these moments are triggered by something that happens in your day-to-day life or something specific, such as a birthday, graduation, wedding, or even the loss of a loved one… these moments are special and leave an everlasting imprint on our minds.

Yes, Simba, but let me explain,” Mufasa begins. “When we die, our bodies become the grass, and the antelope eat the grass. And so we are all connected in the great Circle of Life.”

These precious moments can help us grow into better versions of ourselves. These are the tiny little things of life that make each second so worth living, and they all revolve around what we call ‘The Circle of Life’ – talking about the cycle of life, you know this thing from biology class; it’s what all living things do.

The circle is a continuous loop representing Birth, growth, decay, and death. It is inevitable for every organism to go through this cycle.

The Circle of Life: A Reflection on Life and LivingThe circles of life

The Circle of Life is a very common and simple concept, but as humans, it’s easy to get caught up in the routine of our daily lives and miss out on these tiny little things that make each second so worth living.

A good example of this would be the appreciation of nature, one of the most prominent themes in life, and yet, we don’t take the time to appreciate it.

The Circle of Life happens to all living things, and it is certainly visible. When you look at a flower, a tree, or even the stars in the night sky, you witness the Circle of Life. All living things go through this cycle, and it’s a very special and beautiful thing to be able to observe.

Birth

Now, the first step of the Circle of Life is Birth, which is the moment when a new life comes into this world and starts the cycle.

The moment of Birth can be beautiful and is often something people remember for the rest of their lives. It is one of the most special moments in our lifetime. Birth is an important moment for the person born and the parents.

It can be very challenging physically and emotionally for a woman to go through giving Birth, but it’s something that both mother and father will remember. Birth can also be a very emotional moment for the person who is being born.

A newborn baby has no previous memories, and, as they start their life, they are completely innocent. They are pure, unadulterated, and unspoiled by the world. Birth can be a very special and beautiful moment.

Growth

If Birth is the first step of the Circle of Life, the second step would be growth. Now, growth doesn’t just apply to the growing of plants and trees but also to humans, animals, and everything in between.

As humans, we start at Birth being completely dependent on our parents and other adults to keep us alive and healthy. Then, after a few years, we become independent and start growing and developing into the person we want to be.

We all grow and develop into who we are, and we must allow ourselves to go through the process. We should never try to rush it or try to be someone else just because it’s what others around us want.

Growing and developing is a fragile process that happens at your own pace, so don’t rush it. Allow yourself to grow at the rate you are supposed to grow, and you’ll be okay.

Decay

The third step of the Circle of Life is decay, which can apply to living and non-living things. Now there are a couple of ways that decay can happen.

One is that something is eaten by another organism or dies naturally, like a plant or a tree and then decays. The other way decay can happen is when something breaks down, stops working, and becomes useless.

Humans, unfortunately, experience decay and death too. No one can escape it, and it’s a part of life. Death can come in many forms; it can be a long, painful, and slow process, like a terminal illness, or a quick process like an accident that ends someone’s life before knowing what happened.

Death

The final step of the Circle of Life is death. Death is the final step of the circle, and it’s the moment when life comes to an end.

Death can come in many forms; it can be a long, painful, and slow process, like a terminal illness, or a quick process like an accident that ends someone’s life before knowing what happened.

Now, death can come in many forms, and it can be very painful and difficult to deal with. It can be a long, drawn-out process or over in just a few moments.

Death is never easy…however it is never something to be feared but rather something to be prepared for.

After ThoughtsThe circle of life

Philosophically, the Circle of Life suggests that we begin at the end and finish at the beginning. Our lives, from beginning to end, resemble a complete full circle.

Regardless of how big or small the circle is, it ends the same for everyone. Billions of people inhabit this earth in March 2020, each facing the same threat of a global pandemic.

Every day, human nature beckons us to take action. For us humans to feel accomplished, we have to get out of our “comfort zone” and do things that give us divine satisfaction. https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/tag/circle-of-life
