1…Your Strength Skills … Never Stop Improving!

strengthStrength… It is virtually impossible to move forward in a world of negativity without having mental strength through the following attributes:

  • Adaptability – able to adjust to new conditions.
  • Endurance- enduring an unpleasant or difficult situation without giving way.
  • Steadfastness-firmly loyal or constant; unswerving.
  • Dependability- trustworthy and reliable.
  • Effectiveness -successful in producing a desired result.

With personal strengths comes the balance of personal weaknesses, which is necessary for mental strength.

Also

In the absence of individual strengths or a purpose, mental strength can cause negative behaviors; including victimizing, being predictable, becoming lazy, and always looking for shortcuts.

Keeping an eye out for imbalances will help you adjust when it comes right down to it; behaviors and thoughts matter.

5 Essential Ingredients everybody needs to

1. KNOW YOUR LIFE’S PURPOSE & MISSION

Knowing your life’s purpose—“what are you here to do”? What is it that drives you? The one thing that helps set the foundation for everything you do on a daily basis? What is your motivating aims in your life—the reason you get up in the morning?

For some people, purpose is related to —meaningful and satisfying work; for others, their purpose lies in their dedication to family and friends. In fact, our purpose in life is unique to each individual person.

Questions that I reflected on when I defined my life purpose are:

  • Who am I?
  • Where do I belong?
  • Where am I going?
  • What are my greatest achievements in life?

2. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIORITIES/HOW TO PRIORITIZE THEM

We all Should learn how to prioritize the most important things in life, so we can take care of those that are necessary. In any situation, size it up and figure out what needs to be done first. “Eating the Frog.” Stop procrastinating and do the toughest things first, getting them under control So that you can move on.

3. YOUR VALUES WHAT ARE THEY?

Be honest, do you actually know yourself values? So—If honesty is one of your values, the next time you’re put in a compromising position you’ll never be tempted to lie—because you know honesty is so important to you.

If family communication and connections are Important, then you’ll use that to guide your decisions that affect your kids. Make a mental note of your values, then refer to them whenever you have a difficult decision to make.

4. LEARNING HOW TO FOCUS ON WHAT’S IMPORTANT!

Whether , you’re facing a deadline or when you need to get something done; you should always focus your direction, actions and, goals In a way so that you’re always in line with your values and remaining true to your personal mission.

Actions….Put Into Words 2!

Actions  speak…I plan to start this blog post by asking you: Who do you think has more credibility?

  1. A person who speaks with conviction and is passionate about their beliefs,
  2. Or someone whose words don’t mean anything?

Okay…I’ll tell you what I think.

It’s a simple fact: actions speak louder than words.

In my experience, if someone is confident enough in what they believe in taking action, the words they speak are less relevant.

This is because their efforts have proven that they sincerely believe in what they say.

In this blog post, I’d like to explore the idea of actions speaking louder than words and how we can use them to influence people’s perceptions of us.

For instance, if you are thinking about what to say or do next in your relationship, it may be time to stop and think about the actions you are taking before speaking.

Actions…Why?

How often have you spoken out of term and regretted the words that escaped through your lips? Actions speak louder than words because they show us who we are at our core.

When people communicate through their actions instead of words, they learn more about themselves and each other.

Because they don’t get caught up in any misunderstandings or miscommunications when talking things out.

Moreover, it means if you want to connect with a loved one on a deeper level, start by noticing what is positive and right in your relationship.

This way, you won’t focus on all the negatives.

It’s no secret that nonverbal communication is a powerful part of human interaction.

In fact, there is no substitute for the ability of a smile, a nod, or even silence to convey emotion and meaning. There is an old saying that “actions speak louder than words,” but what does it actually mean?

Actions…Essentially,

We communicate with others all the time without saying a word.

The most straightforward actions, such as touching one’s phone, convey the message we communicate.

Meanwhile, we simply express our thoughts and feelings to others and ourselves, such as touching ourselves while we speak on the phone.

It is a sign that someone is paying attention when they lean back when they hear someone speak.

Crossing arms when asking for help is another indication.

Most importantly…it takes courage to put your all into loving someone else, but what better reward is there?

You can tell how much people value others by the lengths they go through to make sure those around them feel loved and cared for.

 This applies both ways:

If we want our loved ones to be happy and content, we should do everything we can to do it.

There’s no better way to say “I love you” than by being there for someone in their time of need or celebrating as hard as they want on their big day.

Conclusion

In fact, we communicate in various ways, and some people might think the words they speak are louder than their actions, but to ignore the impact of body language would be foolish.

I’ve learned that when you want someone’s attention, you can’t rely on what they hear from your mouth but rather the way you act.

DANGEROUSLY FRAUGHT WITH DANGER2!

dangerously fraught
This photograph shows narcotics, including fentanyl, that was seized by San Francisco police officers in the Tenderloin District during a recent “narcotics enforcement,” police said.

Dangerously fraught…Christmas is a time for family, friends, and celebration.

Unless, of course, you’re accused of killing your boyfriend with a sword on Christmas Eve.

Then it’s just another day in court. That’s the position a Missouri woman finds herself in after her arrest on December 24, 2021.

They accused the woman of murdering her boyfriend.

 Cape Girardeau police say Brittany Wilson, 32, was found outside the home she shared with her boyfriend Friday night covered in blood;

And a sword was lying in the yard.

The officers arrested Wilson, went inside the house, and found Wilson’s boyfriend, Harrison Stephen Foster, 34, dead of several stab wounds.

Wilson told police that she and Foster had taken methamphetamine earlier in the day.

She also told investigators she believed Foster had several other entities living in his body, and she was setting him free by stabbing him.

Taking methamphetamine…

Incredibly…They charged her with murder in the first degree and armed criminal action.

Why was that the case? I suppose it is because the drug is not used legally, and she took a life.

However, she and her boyfriend took the potent, highly habit-forming drug together.

Unfortunately, the demons provoked her to free her boyfriend from the other entities living within him.

She was under the influence of the drug. So, I doubt she planned to murder him in advance.

Perhaps he was not acting like his usual self, and she felt it was her duty to free him.

Both of them contributed to the events that occurred.

People say they have a quick rush of euphoria shortly after using it.

Simply put…I would not try any drugs to feel you are on cloud nine.

It is so sad that people get caught up in drugs and lose their way. While some kick the habit, others are not so lucky.

The aftermath of watching a loved one on drugs is devastating. You want to shake the hell out of them to wake them up.

At the same time, you know it is a losing battle trying to save someone that doesn’t want to be saved.

These drugs are dangerously fraught. They can damage your body and cause severe psychological problems;

Death is a result. Last year, they found my brother dead behind a building. It was days before his body was discovered.

Because of this, I won’t describe his body; I’ll say he had to be cremated.

I still feel like a failure because there was no way to reach him.

In any case, cocaine and fentanyl caused his death.

Who else is dying from these dangerously fraught?

There are dozens of stories like these on Google:

Both her mother and grandmother are facing charges.

15-month old’s father was charged with his overdose death in Southern California. A mother of a 1-year-old in Alabama was arrested after the child overdosed.)

Then there is crystal meth.

In 2020, over 93,000 Americans died from drug overdoses, marking the most significant 1-year increase in overdose deaths ever recorded, according to provisional CDC data.

Rising overdoses involving synthetic opioids have primarily driven this increase, mainly the highly potent fentanyl.

Crystal meth is the common name for crystal methamphetamine, a strong and highly addictive drug that affects the central nervous system. There is no legal use for it.

It comes in clear crystal chunks or shiny blue-white rocks.

Also called “ice” or “glass,” it’s a popular party drug. Usually, users smoke crystal meth with a small glass pipe, but they may also swallow it, snort it, or inject it into a vein.

People say they have a quick rush of euphoria shortly after using it.

But it’s dangerous.

It can damage your body and cause severe psychological problems.

Where Does It Come From?

Methamphetamine is a man-made stimulant that’s been around for a long time. During World War II, soldiers were given meth to keep them awake.

People have also taken the drug to lose weight and ease depression

Most of the crystal meth used in this country comes from Mexican “superlabs.”

But there are many small labs in the U. S. Some are right in people’s homes.

Making meth is a dangerous process because of the chemicals involved.

Along with being toxic, they can cause explosions.

How Does It Make You Feel?

The powerful rush people get from using meth causes many to get hooked right from the start.

That means they need higher doses to get the same high.

The higher the dose, the higher the risks. Get more information on how meth use affects the body.

In closing… fentanyl and crystal meth are dangerously fraught.

This blog post has highlighted the dangers of these drugs, how people get hooked on them;
